Postpartum Doula Package
$400

16 hours total of daytime postpartum support. The services will be tailored to your specific needs but can include breastfeeding support and education, grocery shopping and healthy meal preparation, infant sleep support, light housekeeping, emotional support, and more.

You have the flexibility to use your 16 hours of postpartum support over 6 months. Visits must be a minimum of 2 hours in length.

Overnight Postpartum Support
$35/hr

8+ hours of overnight postpartum doula care to maximize nighttime sleep after baby arrives.

Overnight duties can include diaper changes, putting baby to sleep, bringing baby to you if you're breastfeeding, or I can prepare and give a bottle.
Overnight support must be a minimum of eight hours up to a total of 12 hours.

Postpartum Meal Plan & Delivery
$500

Custom nourishing postpartum meal plan. I will prepare 3 homecooked family-sized meals per week for 4 weeks and deliver them either ready to eat or ready to warm up in the oven.
Price varies based on the number of required servings and if there are any special dietary needs. Final price will be agreed upon prior to the final payment being due.
