How to Make Your Syrup
▶️ Step 1: Add the entire contents of the kit to a pot with 4 cups of water.▶️ Step 2: Bring to a boil, then simmer gently for 30–45 minutes, until the liquid reduces by about one-third.▶️ Step 3: Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth.▶️ Step 4: Allow to cool until just warm, then stir in your favourite local honey or maple syrup.
This blend creates a deeper flavour and more well-rounded herbal profile than simple elderberry-only kits.

A Note About Texture
We call it “syrup,” but because it contains no thickeners or additives, the final consistency is naturally closer to a juice.
